The Bread Shed is a small at home bakery run by myself, Josh. I started this journey with a job at a normal run of the mill bakery where we made mostly simple breads. It was only after I discovered sourdough that I realised there was a whole world of bread I didnt know about. This started my obsession with sourdough starter and all the things I could create with it.
